ooc// ack! soooo crappy.. sorry!!!!!!!!!!!! I totally suck at intros...
Why was he in this hell hole again? Oh yes, his darling sister and brother dragged him here. Sometimes it sucked being the youngest... and the lightest... Chaya had wanted to see Lust again, see how she was after the rabies and tell her the bad news about Taiyae. Stupid flood had ruined his stupid white fur. It was almost creepy, many other wolves they had passed on their way here had been afraid of the band of 3 white wolves and a light grey whelp. Chaya and Li shared the same blue eyes while Forsaken donned completely different eye colors then anyone in their family. The Friction had fit right in with his light grey pelt and slate, greyish eyes. Yes, they had been a sight to see. Chaya, tall, lanky and constantly playing with the runt that had asked to go with them, saying he was Lust's kid. Chaya had said yes, Forsaken had said nothing and Licander had objected the entire way here. Then there was Forsaken, huge, white with black streaks, a funny symbol on his shoulder and mismatched eyes, the most different of the three siblings.
Then there was Licander, whom shared an identical build as Chaya, only taller and more angelic. He looked almost feminine, he had often been teased as a pup, everyone calling him a girl, until his brother came and ran them off of course but still… He was tall, skinny, blue eyes, white fur and had the build any female would envy. It sucked because he was a guy and no matter what he did be didn’t seem to gain weight… In the end he had given up, growing almost vain about his looks, needing his pelt to be healthy and clean or he wouldn’t be happy. Of course he never let anyone see him constantly grooming himself.
He moved with swift, graceful movements, long limbs carrying him silently though the grasslands, the grass well over his head. It felt good to be away from his family and that whelp that had come with them. Apparently there was a story they weren’t telling him. He hadn’t found out they had all been living in the same Vale until after the flood when Forsaken and Chaya had found him hiding away in a tree. It had been quite pitiful, he hadn’t wanted to jump down, his fur was clean and the ground was muddy. In the end he had jumped from the tree to Forsaken’s shoulders to the rocks. But of course Chaya had tackled him and they had both fallen into the mud. It was obvious they hadn’t seen each other for a long time in the way Licander’s siblings went willingly into the mud while Li kicked and screamed the whole while.
He hopped up, eyes darting about frantically, looking for some ending to the madness that was the grasslands. He moved in a gazelle like manor from then on, hopping p and looking around until he spotted a gap in the grasslands. He loped easily towards it, head low and tail limp behind him in a customary loner position. He paused, lifting a paw as he was suddenly treading on red rocks instead of dirt and red dust was staining his snowy fur. A depressed, almost annoyed sigh escaped his parted lips before he padded the rest of the way to the opening. He had to stop abruptly as the grass opened up to the banks of a river. A red river?
Forsaken, Chaya and the runt, whose name he had never cared to remember, had gone off to find Lust, explain what had happen and to tell her about some guy she had known called Reks… Screw him, he had never known him so what did he care? Not his problem and that was why he was here, though the evil grasslands and laying on red stones and staring into a red river, pondering if it was safe to drink. It was a bit sad; he lay on his stomach, long limbs curled neatly beneath him as he peaked over the edge of the stream and into the crimson waters. Ever so slowly he moved a long forelimb towards the water and tapped then before jumping back and growling, hackles raised and lips curled back into a deadly smile.
He remained like that for a long white before lifting his head and pricking his ears, half afraid someone would see that show. No, no one was around. He lifted the paw he had stuck in tenderly and studied it through icy eyes. Well it hadn’t melted his paw off and nothing had bitten him, must be fine then. Once again he made his way towards the banks of the stream, lowered his head and lapped up the water. There was a slight dusty after taste but it was cool and refreshing, something that felt good as it slid down his throat. He closed his eyes, drinking deeply for what seemed like and eternity before he stopped and licked his lips, laying down on the banks and dipping his paw in the water, feeling the slight current pull at it, resting fro the time being.
Maybe this place wasn’t so bad after all, he was quite content here at this river, it was quite beautiful in it’s own, almost twisted way. He could stay here while Forsaken and Chaya chatted with their friend and dropped the runt off. Then they could go back to Taiyae… Couldn’t they? He had only been in Taiyae for so long and they had left after they had all found each other after the flood but it looked nice… Though so did this place. Whatever, he would be happy either way, as long as he didn’t have to walk none stop again… "I could live here... he muttered as he glanced around.
